  1. Salpimentamos la carne. Ponemos una sartén a calentar. Cortamos el ajo y lo echamos junto a las tiras de la carne que hayamos escogido.
  2. Mientras se hace cortamos los pimientos, cebolla, zanahoria y el brócoli. Todo a tiras finas. Pelamos las gambas, abrimos y quitamos la tira de desperdicio.
  3. Retiramos la carne del fuego y reservamos.
  4. En el mismo aceite(echar un poco más si hace falta) salteamos las verduras.
  5. No dejar de remover porque lo que queremos es saltearlas.
  6. Cuando veamos ese color dorado a la cebolla echamos el vaso de vino blanco.
  7. Dejamos que se evapore el alcohol y mengüe el vino.
  8. Echamos las gambas y removemos.
  9. Echamos la carne y removemos.
  10. Después de mezclarlo todo bien, echamos los fideos y agua hasta cubrir estos por la mitad.
  11. Removemos y echamos la salsa de soja que traen los fideos dentro.
  12. En caso de no comprar estos fideos, Echamos una cucharada y media sopera de salsa de soja.
  13. ¡Cuidado con la sal que esta salsa es salada!
  14. Si queremos un toque de picor añadir un poco de cayena molida.
  15. Y cuando el agua de haya evaporado está listo para comer
