- Rallar el tomate y el ajo.
- Poner en la paella un chorreón de aceite y una cucharada de sal. Cuando esté caliente, sofreír la carne hasta que empiece a dorarse.
- Añadir el champiñón y sofreír. Cuando coja color, añadir el bacon y sofreír todo junto un par de minutos.
- Añadir el tomate y ajo y sofreír. Añadir el pimentón, mezclar y sin dejar de mover, cocinar un par de minutos.
- Echar el caldo, el colorante y la pastilla de Avecrem, y llevar a ebullición. Dejar hervir 5 minutos, echar los fideos y cocinar a fuego medio.
- Cuando se haya consumido la mitad del caldo, rectificar de sal en caso necesario, escurrir las pasas y añadir.
- Dejar a fuego bajo hasta que se consuma todo el caldo y el fideo esté en su punto.
- Tapar con papel de aluminio y dejar reposar 5 minutos.
