  5. Cortamos los champiñones (en láminas o en 4), como más te guste.
  6. Cortamos el pollo en dados de unos 5cm. Échale un poco de sal y reserva.
  7. En una olla ponemos el caldo de pollo y la leche de coco.
  8. Cuando hierba echa los ajos, el chili, el galangal, la hierba limón, kaffir. Hervimos durante un par de minutos al 6-7 en la vitro.
  9. Echamos la cebolla, el pollo, la sal y el azúcar. Removemos y lo tapamos.
  10. Cuando veamos que el pollo está cocinado, echamos los champiñones. Removemos y cocinamos unos 3-4 minutos.
  11. Apaga el fuego y añade las dos cucharadas de salsa de pescado, el zumo de la lima y el cilantro picado. Mover y chop chop, ¡listo para servir!
