  4. Una vez el pollo se haya empezado a cocinar, echamos comino, pimienta, nuez moscada y sal al gusto y seguimos rehogando.
  5. Seguidamente, ponemos la nata y la pastilla de caldo. Cocinamos unos 5 minutos.
  6. Para terminar le añadimos la mostaza, nosotros hemos utilizado mostaza antigua que es la que teníamos en casa pero se puede hacer con mostaza normal que es un poco más suave.
  7. De guarnición nosotros hemos cocido un poco de arroz, pero os lo dejamos a vuestra elección.
