  3. En una sartén grande echamos aceite de oliva y ponemos el pollo. Vamos removiéndolo y que se haga bien.
  4. Empezamos con los condimentos. Echamos sal, pimentón ahumado y sazonador de fajitas(va en sobre y lo podéis encontrar en el Mercadona). Dejamos el pollo unos 5 minutos más y vamos removiéndolo que se mezcle bien con los condimentos. Lo retiramos en un plato.
  5. En la misma sartén en la que hemos hecho en pollo (sin limpiarla) pondremos la cebolla y el pimiento. Mezclamos bien y echamos un chorrito más de aceite, sal y sazonador de fajitas. Lo dejamos a fuego lento (vamos removiendo de vez en cuando) y con tapa para que se haga bien.
  6. Empezamos a montar las fajitas. Cogemos la tortilla y ponemos en el medio una capa del salteado de pimientos y cebolla y una capa de pollo.
  7. Ponemos una capa de queso y si lo queréis picante también jalapeños.
  8. Doblamos la fajita y la ponemos en una sandwichera para que así "la cierre", la caliente y se cocine la tortilla. Si no tenéis sandwichera lo podéis hacer en una sartén.
