  2. En otro bolncon la leche templada deshacemos la levadura
  3. Agregamos el AOVE y removemos
  4. Incorporamos las harinas y mezclamos hasta conseguir una masa moldeable.
  5. Amasamos 10 minutos y la dejamos reposar tapada con papel film una hora o hasta que doble su tamaño
  6. Amasamos para desgasificarla y estiramos la masa con un rodillo hasta dejarla con forma rectangular. O, 5 cm de grosor
  7. Cortamos la masa en 8 rectángulos de 14x11cm
  8. Estiramos cada rectángulo con el rodillo para dejarlo bien fino
  9. En la parte dentral y larga delnrectangulo añadinos 2 lonchas de pavo, una loncha de queso y 2 lonchas de pavo. Doblamos los extremos del rectángulo hacia el centro hasta que se unan, pellizcamos para sellarlos y cortamos por la mitad para sacar dos napolitanas pequeñas
  10. Colocamos las napolitanas con el pliegue del cierre hacia abajo en una bandeja de horno con papel de horno separadas entre sí
  11. Las tapamos con papel film y dejamos reposar 30 min
  12. Precalentar horno a 180°
  13. Pincelamos cada napolitana con las yemas batidas, añadimos deseamos y/o mozzarella rallada
  14. Horneados 10 minutos o hasta que comience a dorarse
  15. Dejarlas atemperar
