  8. Seguimos. Removemos y separamos el cous cous con ayuda de un tenedor.
  9. Salteamos el pollo en una sartén, con un chorrito de aceite de oliva y su pizca de sal. Lo hacemos vuelta y vuelta (que coja color) y agregamos el caldo de verduras que nos ha sobrado. Lo cocinamos 5 minutos y las retiramos del fuego, ya sin el caldo.
  10. Emplatamos... ¡Y a comer!
