- Calentamos una sartén antiadherente y tostamos las tortitas. Primero por un lado hasta que se infle, y giramos por el otro lado. Si se hincha mucho, aplastar para que salga el aire y se cocine mejor.
- Una vez hecha la tortita, la ponemos en un plato aparte. La humedecemos con la mano mojada por ambos lados. Vamos apilando las tortitas y humedeciéndolas para que se queden maleables.
- Pelamos y cortamos la cebolla en tiras/juliana. La sofreímos hasta que esté dorada con la tapa puesta.
- Añadimos los pimientos cortados en tiras y tapamos la olla.
- Cortamos la carne en tiras finas. Añadimos en la olla.
- Removemos de vez en cuando con la olla tapada. Añadimos el sazonador para fajitas.
- Cuando el pimiento esté blando, dejamos la olla destapada para que evapore el exceso de jugo.
