  1. Se deja macerando el pollo una hora en una fuente con la soja, la miel y la salsa de ostras.
  2. En un wok con el fuego fuerte con 3 cucharadas de A.O.V. E., se añaden la cebolla cortada en aros y los pimientos rojo, verde y amarillo lavados y cortados en juliana. Se hace la verdura al gusto (puede ser crujiente dorada con lo que se tendrá el fuego fuerte siempre o más blandita y dorada, con lo que bajaremos el fuego cuando añadamos los pimientos a la mitad de potencia y lo subiremos al máximo al final cuando se añada el pollo.
  3. Por otro lado se pone una sartén a fuego medio-fuerte (4 de 6 de potencia) y se doran los filetes de contramuslos de pollo. Una vez hechos los vamos cortando en tiras y la mezcla del macerado lo añadimos finalmente en la sartén. Lo dejamos que reduzca un minuto y se añadirá todo al wok.
  4. Finalmente servimos calentando las Fajitas según indique el fabricante y con la mezcla de pollo y verdura caliente para posteriormente ir rellenando las tortillas de harina de maíz. Exquisita fusión Mejicana-Oriental.
