- Pelamos las patatas y las hacemos en gajos finos, si nos congeladas nos ahorramos un paso! Las freímos en abundante aceite hasta que estén doradas. Una vez doradas, sacamos a un plato con papel absorbente de cocina y añadimos sal al gusto.
- Cortamos los panes por la mitad y los ponemos a tostar ligeramente.
- Una vez tostado el pan, añadimos mahonesa al gusto por ambas caras de el pan.
- Ahora pondremos en el pan, dos lonchas de jamón, una de queso, un par de pechugas o una si es grande, pimiento frito,patatas fritas y cerramos! Listo.
